وہ جس کمرے میں جاتی، روشنی ساتھ لے جاتی اسکی سبز آنکھوں پر دنیا مرتی تھی مگر ایک شخص تھا ، جس کے سامنے وہ روشنی مدھم پڑ جاتی تھی۔

 وہ اُس سے ڈرتی نہیں تھی ، بلکہ شدت سے، جنون سے، کھل کر محبت کرتی تھی۔۔۔۔۔۔

 ہر بار کہتی، “ہاں ! میں تم سے محبت کرتی ہوں اور کرتی رہوں گی” ۔

اور وہ؟ ہر بار چپ رہتا ، مگر چلا بھی نہیں جاتا تھا

 وہ پتھر تھا ،پگھلتا نہیں تھا لیکین اس کے لئے وہ پتھر کی صورت ایک راز تھا جسکو دریافت کرنے کا وہ قسم کھا چکی تھی کیونکہ وہ خود اس میں کھو گئی تھی۔۔۔۔۔

 وہ ایک ایسا سایہ تھا ، جو چلتا تو روشنی پیچھے رہ جاتی تھی۔ دل؟ اُس کے لیے صرف خون پمپ کرنے والا عضلہ تھا۔ احساس؟ صرف مشن میں خلل ڈالنے والا لفظ۔۔۔۔

اُسےمحبت سے نہیں،خود سے ڈر لگتا تھا، وہ جانتا تھا: میں جہنم ہوں ، وہ مجھے سنوارنے نہیں آئی، خود برباد ہونے آئی ہے۔۔۔۔

 وہ اُسے اپنی ملکیت کہتا تھا “وہ میری ہے” مگر ساتھ ہی یہ بھی جانتا تھا …

“کہ وہ مجھے قابو نہیں کر سکتی” کیونکہ میں وہ ہوں، جو خود کو بھی کنٹرول نہیں کرتا۔ وہ لڑکی؟وہ ہنستی تھی، بچھتی تھی، اور ہر بار اُس کی خاموشی پر خود کو ہارتے ہوئےمحسوس کرتی تھی۔۔۔۔۔۔

اور وہ شخص؟ وہ اسے چاہتا تھا ، اپنے ہی اصولوں کے خلاف، مگر اپنے انداز میں۔۔۔۔۔۔

 نہ چھوڑتا تھا، نہ اپناتا تھا۔

بس اسے تڑپتا دیکھ کر زندہ رہتا تھا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

Summary
